Calming Activities and Stimulating Discussions 
Enjoy a variety of calming and connecting activities and also engage with the Anxiety 2014 Festival theme this Monday as our Oasis of Calm continues. Exercise your voice in a group with Chanting-Works at 1.30 pm, and treat your body and mind with Yoga-Works at 2.30 pm. As well as creative groups, Jennifer from the Good Enough Mum’s Club will be sharing thoughts on post-natal depression at 3 pm and our Anxiety Dialogues continue at 6.30 pm, this week looking at The Anxiety of Seeing a Psychiatrist.
