Health and Wellbeing board wants to hear patients storiesPosted: February 11, 2014
As you may have read in our newsletter last week, the Health and Wellbeing Board wants to hear from the people of Southwark about their health and wellbeing.
Your support is critical to this engagement and will provide the depth needed to really inform the future plans for health and wellbeing in Southwark. They are holding an open public event on 12 February where you can share your stories and experiences, there is a flyer about this event attached to this email. You can drop-in any time between 11am – 5pm to share your stories informally with some of their trained staff and volunteers who will be on hand.
There is also the option to share your story using the online survey which can be found on this link www.southwark.gov.uk/shareyourstory if you would prefer.
If you are not familiar, the Health and Wellbeing Board brings together representatives from Healthwatch Southwark and Community Action Southwark, Southwark Council (including Public Health), NHS Southwark Clinical Commissioning Group, King’s Health Partners and the Metropolitan Police Service (Safer Southwark Partnership).
