Health and Wellbeing board wants to hear patients stories

Hi All,

The Health and Wellbeing Board wants to hear from the people of Southwark about their health and wellbeing.

Flyer here: Lets talk leaflet v1

Your support is critical to this engagement programme, and will provide the depth needed to really inform the future plans for health and wellbeing in Southwark. They are holding an open public event on 12 February where you can share your stories and experiences, there is a flyer about this event attached to this email.

Alternatively, if you are involved with any local groups who would be willing to allow one of the trained volunteers to join your next meeting (before the end of February) to listen to people’s stories please do let us know to help arrange this.

There is also the option to share your story using the online survey which can be found on this link www.southwark.gov.uk/shareyourstory if you would prefer.

If you are not familiar, the Health and Wellbeing Board brings together representatives from Healthwatch Southwark and Community Action Southwark, Southwark Council (including Public Health), NHS Southwark Clinical Commissioning Group,  King’s Health Partners and the Metropolitan Police Service (Safer Southwark Partnership).

Kind regards,

Daniel Blagdon
