Access to Health Services in Southwark – SurveyPosted: January 11, 2014 | |
Hello Healthwatch Supporters
If you have a few minutes to spare please see below and do the survey. Thanks…..
Access to Health Services in Southwark – Survey
Southwark Council has developed a survey for residents to tell us your views on the range of health and social care services provided in the borough, particularly your experience of accessing GP surgeries and Accident & Emergency. The survey can be accessed online here
Access to health services in Southwark is varied and with increased pressure on these services it is important, now more than ever, to have services which truly deliver for our residents. The survey will support a review into Access to Health Services in Southwark being conducted by the Health, Adult Social Care, Communities and Citizenship Committee
The report will be completed in March 2014 after the sub-committee has heard evidence from commissioners, providers, citizens and other interested parties. Recommendations will be sent to hospitals, doctors and health and social care commissioners.
We would be grateful if you would take the survey and pass it on to your friends, family and networks. All responses to the survey will be anonymous and treated in the strictest of confidence. If you would like more information please contact Julie.Timbrell@southwark.gov.uk.
