Exploring Mental Wellbeing in our African and Caribbean Communities

Matthew Mckenzie attended an event held by Cambridge House for Black History Month.

The event was held on Saturday 26th October from 1 p.m. – 4 p.m. at Cambridge House, Addington Square SE5 0HF

It was an afternoon of discussion, film, learning and African Drumming to explore the role of mental wellbeing in the African and Caribbean Communities.

Matthew has done audio and video blogs as well as photos and a transcript of the blogs.

They are well worth taking a good look at.
