Cambridge House presents for Black History Month ‘Exploring Mental Wellbeing in our African and Caribbean Communities’.

Join us for an afternoon of discussion, film, learning and African drumming as we explore the role of mental wellbeing in African and Caribbean Communities.

We aim to facilitate discussions to provide knowledge and understanding, explore the positive role of community in mental wellbeing and provide information on local services.

It is a FREE event and children are welcome. Light refreshments will be available. We look forward to seeing you there!
