SLaM Equality Partnership Time EventPosted: May 9, 2013
SLaM Equality Partnership Time Event – 1:00pm to 5:30pm on Monday 20th May, Fairfield Halls, Croydon
South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust (SLaM) are holding an event for service users, carers, staff, members, local communities and partner organisations at Fairfield Halls, in Croydon between 1pm and 5.30pm on Monday 20th May 2013.
We would like to hear your views on how we deliver services to people in relation to their age, disability, ethnicity, gender, gender reassignment, pregnancy and maternity, religion or belief and sexual orientation. We will do this by:
- Giving you information to show how we treat these different groups of patients
- Asking you to give us your views on how you feel we treat these different groups of patients
- Asking you to give us a score on how you feel we treat these different groups of patients
- Asking you what you think we should do next.
We will use this evidence to help us set equality objectives to improve the outcomes, access and experience of our service users.
Please contact Fatu Kargbo (by telephone on 0203 228 1661 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org) if you would like to attend this event
