Kindred Minds

connect with the people around you.  With family, friends, colleagues and neighbours. At home, work, school or in your local community.  Think of these as the cornerstone of your life and invest time in developing them.  Building these connections will support and enrich you every day.

Transfer of management to Social Action for Health (SAfH) took place 1st Dec 2013, and are pleased to have a supportive management structure to enable us to develop our project better and stronger. Also welcome our new staff member Derron as the Kindred Minds Project Worker.
