Kindred Minds is a dynamic Black and minority ethnic (BME) mental health user-led project based in the Borough of Southwark.
The project wishes to recruit a Project Worker to deliver activities that will enable & empower Black and minority ethnic service users to fulfil their potential and campaign for improvements in mental health services.
You will need to:
Have personal experiences of using mental health services;
Proven experience of working with people who have used mental health services or experiencing emotional distress; from Black and minority ethnic communities.
The post is part time – 21 hours per week
Salary NJC Scale Point 25 – £24,157(pro rata)
The project is funded until Nov 2013.
