Raw Sounds Summer Tour Launch

Raw Sounds invites you to join us for the start of our “Studio Sessions” Summer Tour on Wednesday 20 June 2012 @ The Grosvenor, 17 Sidney Road SW9 from 6pm-8pm.

This free event is part of the London Creativity and Wellbeing Week and will feature music produced by people using mental health services provided by South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust and Camden and Islington NHS Foundation Trust.  www.creativityandwellbeing.org.uk

There’ll be performances of work produced through collaborations between musicians, singers, DJs, MCs and producers in our studios in North and South London. Expect an inspiring and energising mix of hip hop, rock, reggae, drum’n’bass, dubstep, soul, funk and much more!

Raw Sounds provides music services in hospitals and the community for people experiencing severe mental health problems. It is produced by Raw Material a charity that provides music and media opportunities for vulnerable young people and adults in South London, in partnership with Key Changes.

Our referral criteria is adults using SLaM MH services in all 4 boroughs.
