These training sessions are a great opportunity for service users and Carers in Lambeth accessing mental health services to understand how to create their own support plan to access personal budgets as part of the Personalisation agenda. The sessions will be for Lambeth service users, carers and lambeth mental
health staff so together you can learn about this new way of working and helping each other.
Overview of what the days are about
Personalisation is now the new direction for resources allocation in care and A key part of self-directed support is people making a support plan to work out what is important to them and how they can use their Personal Budget in the best way. These one-day training events will give you the chance to learn more about support planning and what it means.
This training will enable you to stay one step ahead of the game and make sure you know all about support planning in personalisation.
